Yeah, 2:00 or 2:30. ABC is saying 2:00, MSNBC is saying 2:30.
Posted by: MountainGoat | August 28, 2007 at 01:30 PM
KTVB is saying 2:30.
Nice mugshot.

Okay, NBC obviously must have had the correct time.

Also Betsy says there will be no career announcements.

That's lame...is he going to continue to deny the event or his guilty plea?!?
Posted by: MountainGoat | August 28, 2007 at 02:18 PM
I'm listening to Scarborough & Buchanan on MSNBC...they're laughing at the hypocrisy...they showed a clip of Craig during the Clinton impeachment...and one of Mitt comparing Craig to Clinton.
Understatement of the year: This isn't good.

At the podium with his wife.
Posted by: MountainGoat | August 28, 2007 at 02:36 PM
Read a statement...apologize for the cloud. I did nothing wrong!!!
Posted by: MountainGoat | August 28, 2007 at 02:37 PM
Still denying any inappropriate conduct...sought no council.
Posted by: MountainGoat | August 28, 2007 at 02:38 PM
Blaming Idaho Statesman for his state of mind. I am not gay nor ever have been gay.
Posted by: MountainGoat | August 28, 2007 at 02:39 PM
He apologizes for over-reacting...choking up as he talks.
Posted by: MountainGoat | August 28, 2007 at 02:39 PM
Can still be an effective leader. Will announce next month whether he will seek re-election. Still only apologizing for over-reacting in pleading guilty, not for the actual event.
Posted by: MountainGoat | August 28, 2007 at 02:41 PM
No questions...statement will be on his website.
Posted by: MountainGoat | August 28, 2007 at 02:41 PM
laughs so I heard he is NOT gay, and it is Dan P and the Statesman's fault....

Called the Statesman's investigation a witch hunt and was very defiant in his denials. This will only come back to haunt him in my opinion.

I guess Popkey is going to be on Hardball with Mathews at 3:00.
Posted by: MountainGoat | August 28, 2007 at 02:48 PM
I think I'm going to lose the pool over at 43rd State Blues.
Wonder if anyone will cancel their Stateman subscription now? ;>)

Statement is on the website but the link is not currently working.
You can read it on his homepage...sort of.

Yeah, that "bastard" Popkey anyway...it's all his fault. I wasn't peeking through the stall door, and I *always* use a wide stance when fully clothed in the stall.
This was all for the benefit of his family who are the real victims here.
Posted by: MountainGoat | August 28, 2007 at 02:55 PM
I'm gonna lose the pool too!
Posted by: Tara Rowe | August 28, 2007 at 02:55 PM
