And The Sailors Say, Brandi

Looking for MountainGoat's response to the Brandi Swindell:  Tortured in China (okay, I just made that headline up) story?  Here it is.  Normally I'd rather claw my eyes out than listen to this song.  I'd rather listen to this song than hear anything more regarding Ms. Swindell.

Here's Looking Glass and "Brandy (You're a Fine Girl)" with a long distance dedication going out to Brandi (you are a fine girl) Swindell somewhere in China . . . or maybe on a plane back home . . . who knows.  Oh, and, fittingly, it's set to a video rendering using SIMS.

Enjoy . . . or not.  I'll be trying to figure out how to get these eyes back in their sockets.

Gotta disagree with you here, MG. While the video is überlame, I'm of the belief that "Brandy" is one of the best songs to come out of the early 70s (granted, not the best time for enduring music -- "American Pie" and anything off of "Who's Next" excepted, of course).

I'm willing to entertain the notion that I only like the song because I'm a Sailor, but I'm pretty sure I liked it before I joined the Navy, too.
